Look to challenge yourself, whilst helping raise valuable funds that help aid the gift of sight.
Our ‘Seeing at the Top of the World’ programme needs your help here in the UK as well as on the ground in Nepal. It is not just funding we need but your precious time as well. In the Himalayas, climate change, environmental degradation, and poverty combine to make the life of those of any age suffering from preventable blindness miserable, hazardous, and prone to social and economic exclusion. Our small UK team would welcome help in the UK managing our relationships with our partners, both here and in Nepal and assisting with our events programme. If you have experience in social media, community fundraising, or marketing, and are looking for a worthwhile cause that changes the lives of so many of the poorest and most needy in Nepal, we would love to hear from you. If you are a qualified clinician we would be keen to discuss where you feel you could help. Equally, if you feel you have something else to offer on a voluntary basis, please do contact us using the contact page. The gift of sight is a life changing event. We would welcome help in providing this gift to so many more in the majestic but remote mountainous areas of Nepal’s Himalayas.
If so please use our contact page or email Shirin at [email protected]
